• ​Please remember your child’s healthy snack(1 healthy snack for each session - Morning and afternoon if they are doing a full day) with your child’s name on.  


  • Please remember that children should not be provided with crisps, biscuits or chocolate for snack times.  We are actively promoting the importance of good dental hygiene and it is really helpful when parents and the Preschool work together.  


  • ​We will provide a choice of milk or water, at snack times.  


  • Please place your child's snack in the labelled boxes in the classroom.


  • Lunchboxes and drink bottles for lunch will need to go on the lunch trolley in the classroom.Crisps, biscuits, chocolate maybe placed in lunchboxes, but we will always encourage your child to eat their healthy options first.


  • Remember a change of clothes (named) and a pair of wellies (named) for your child.



Payment of Fees


Parents can get up to £500 every 3 months (up to £2,000 a year) for each child to help with the payment of Preschool fees. This goes up to £1,000 every 3 months if a child is disabled (up to £4,000 a year).

your income (and your partner’s income, if you have one)
your child’s age and circumstances
your immigration status

Funding 


Some families may be entitled to additional funding.  ​Please check for any funding you may be entitled to on the:

  • You maybe entitled to two year old funding for 2 year olds to 3 year olds


  • An extra 15 hours of funding, so 30 hours in total, if you are a working parent of a three to four year old



Every child is entitled to 15 hours of Nursery Education Funding (NEF) from the term after their 3rd birthday.  Preschool will claim for this automatically when the time comes.  Parents will be required to fill in a declaration form which will be provided by the Preschool in order for us to claim the funding.  

Two year old's entitled to 2 year old funding, will receive up to 15 hours of Nursery Education Funding from the term after their 2nd birthday.
