Our team attend further training to keep up-to-date with best practice and research in early years care and education.

All of our team have free access to Health Assured via Bright HR giving them 24/7 support for legal matters from Croner, pertaining to employment or personal matters, guidance on harassment or feelings of being harassed, whistleblowing, complaints procedures and also guidance for mental health first aid and wellbeing.
